One thing before you begin.

Don't rush. The week between modules isn't a delay — it's where the course actually happens. Watch Module 1, then spend the week noticing.

Not doing anything differently at first. Just noticing.

There's a reflection at the end of Module 1. Please do it properly, on paper. It's the piece most people skip, and it's the piece the other five modules are built on.
