Three short videos and a workbook. Under an hour in total, and your teenager doesn't need to take part in any of it. Start with the workbook — there's a section called "Before You Begin" that takes five minutes and makes everything after it land differently. Then watch Lesson 1.

I'll send you the slides as a PDF straight after the evening, so everything I take you through is in one document you can keep beside you and write on.

4: Webinar Recording

We'll send you the recording after the webinar. Everyone who registered gets it for 48 hours. Yours doesn't expire, so you can come back to it whenever you need it.

One suggestion before you start: don't try to do all of this tonight.

Open the workbook, answer the first few questions honestly, and watch Lesson 1.
