A 12-WEEK GROUP PROGRAMME FOR PARENTS OF TEENS AGED 10–18

YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORK THIS OUT ALONE

Twelve weeks, and someone alongside you

The complete course, a weekly call with me, and one session with the

teenagers themselves.

Doors close [CLOSING DATE] · We start at the 29th of September

Here's the thing nobody tells you about parenting courses.

Week one is easy. You're motivated, the ideas are fresh, you try the thing and it works, or half works, and you feel hopeful.

Week three is different.

Week three is when you've used the pause twice and it made no difference. When your teenager said the thing that landed exactly where it hurts, and you reacted the way you always react. When you start to quietly wonder whether any of this works for a family like yours.

Almost everyone stops in week three.

Not because the material was wrong. Because they were alone with it.

Everything in the course, and someone to bring it to

when it doesn't go to plan.

The self-paced course gives you the whole method. This gives you the method plus twelve weeks of company — a live call every week where you bring the actual argument you had on Tuesday, and a group of parents who are in exactly the same season.

You still do the work yourself. You just don't do it on your own.

How the twelve weeks run

WEEK 1 · Live kick-off

We start together rather than with a login. What you're hoping for, what's been hardest, and what you want to be different by week twelve.

WEEKS 2–11 · The six modules, and a call every week

One module opens every fortnight, so there's real time to practise before the next one arrives. And every week there's a 60-minute call with me — not a lecture, a conversation. You bring what happened.

ONE WEEK · The teen session

One of the calls includes the teenagers themselves. More about that below.

WEEK 12 · Live closing

What's changed, what you're taking with you, and how to keep going once the twelve weeks are over.

Everything is recorded, so a missed week isn't a missed programme. And all six modules stay yours for good, long after the group ends.

The six modules

Each module moves you from one place to another. The order matters -

this is why most parenting advice doesn't hold: it starts at module four, before anything underneath it is steady.

1 · The Parent You Want to Be

From fear and confusion to clarity and intention

· What parenting teens is really about

· Why control increases conflict

· How to separate your worth from your teen's behaviour

· Beginning with the end in mind - the adult you are raising

· Letting go of fear-based parenting

The shift: You stop seeing your teen as the problem and start seeing the pattern.

2 · Calm Starts With You

Self-regulation and emotional responsibility

· Why nothing else works while you're activated
· Triggers, reactivity and the shame cycle

· Pausing instead of reacting, in the real moment
· Why other people's children feel easier

· Holding a boundary and a feeling at the same time

The shift: You become steadier under pressure, and you recover faster when things go wrong.

3 · Understanding Your Teen

The teenage brain and autonomy

· Teen brain development and emotional intensity

· Why teens push away before they come back

· Belonging and autonomy as the two great adolescent needs

· Normalising resistance without accepting disrespect
· Detaching with love — staying close without chasing

The shift: You replace fear and personalisation with understanding.

4 · Conversations That Connect

Language, listening and coaching

· Listening as the primary tool, not the fallback

· Why "How was your day?" closes a conversation

· Talking about behaviour rather than the person

· Asking questions that invite honesty

· When to speak and when to stay silent

The shift: Conversations become safer — even when you disagree.

5 · Hold the Limit, Keep the Connection

Boundaries, conflict and repair

· Why conflict is not failure

· Boundaries without punishment

· Consequence or punishment — how to tell the difference

· Repair after rupture, and what to say

· Repair when your teen won't talk or won't accept it

The shift: You handle disagreement without escalation, and you know how to come back afterwards.

6 · Trusting and Letting Go

Integration and identity

· Freedom that grows alongside responsibility

· Different areas of life moving at different speeds

· Attachment as a safe base, not a tether

· What is yours to carry and what isn't

· What to do when you slip back into old patterns

The shift: You know how to stay connected while raising an independent young adult.

One session with the teenagers in the room

Something I do in this programme that I don't do anywhere else.

One of the twelve sessions includes the teenagers. Not as an audience while the adults talk about them — as participants, with the ground rules I use whenever I work with young people. You don't have to say anything you don't want to. You can raise absolutely anything. What you say stays in the room.

Parents tell me this is the session they remember.

Partly because of what their own teenager says. More often because of what somebody else's teenager says — the thing their child has been trying to communicate for months through a closed door, said out loud by a fifteen-year-old they've never met.

It reframes a great deal in ninety minutes.

Bringing your teenager is invited, not required. Some do, some don't, and both work.

What's included:

  • Live kick-off call
We begin together, with intention rather than a login.

  • All six modules · 30 video lessons
The complete method, released across the twelve weeks. Yours for good afterwards.

  • A 60-minute live call with me, every week

Bring the conversation that went wrong. This is where the material stops being theory.

  • One session that includes the teenagers

Ninety minutes that parents tell me they think about for years.

  • Live closing session

What's changed, and how to keep going.

  • The Connection Compass workbook

80 pages to write in across all six modules.

  • Bonus · Mindful Screen Time

The workshop delivered to hundreds of parents, now recorded.

  • Every call recorded

    A missed week isn't a missed programme.

€1,500

or three payments of €500

€2,000 with the private group community — a closed space for the twelve weeks, for the conversations that happen between calls.

Doors close [CLOSING DATE]. We start 29th of September.

I keep the group to [GROUP SIZE] people, because a call where everyone gets heard has a limit.

Who it's for:

THIS IS FOR YOU IF

THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF

You've read the books and know what you should be doing, and it still falls apart on a Tuesday

You're looking for techniques to make your teenager comply

You'd rather not do this alone

You want your teen fixed without changing anything yourself

You want somewhere to bring it when it goes wrong

You need crisis or clinical support right now

You're willing to look at your own patterns,
not just theirs

You'd rather work through it alone at your own pace — the self-paced course is a better fit, and it's cheaper

You want to raise a young person who can think for themselves

Who you'll be spending twelve weeks with

Hello, I'm Egli,

I support parents of teenagers as they rebuild connection through calmer conversations, a deeper understanding of what's really going on, and practical tools for real life.

I'm a mum of two teenagers, an educator, parent coach and mediator. For over 30 years, I've worked with teenagers and their families in classrooms, around kitchen tables, and during some of life's most difficult conversations.

If there's one thing I've learned, it's this…

Behind every slammed door, eye roll, or argument is a young person trying to figure out who they are… and a parent doing the very best they can.

I don't believe in perfect parenting. I believe in curiosity over judgement, connection over control, and the skills that make small shifts possible.

From my home in Cyprus, I support families around the world through coaching, workshops and talks.

"Throughout all the sessions, Egli's demeanour oozed compassion and kindness. She is an excellent listener, and her guidance is thoughtful and practical, always checking that everything is clear. Her intention to be of service shines through whenever she speaks, and I would not hesitate to call upon her again, or to recommend her."

"Working alongside Egli on our school's wellbeing team, seeing her gentle presence and genuine care when speaking with parents made me realise even more how important it is to get to the heart of what both children and parents need. She has a unique way of guiding parents through needs-based communication, positive discipline, and mediating tricky conflicts with empathy and clarity. I whole-heartedly recommend her to any parent seeking guidance."

Maria Prastiti, School and Educational Psychologist

„Egli made me feel comfortable and at ease immediately. She emits a feeling of trust and has a calming presence - gentle and understanding, yet firm, truthful and kind. A great listener, with a real ability to communicate without judgement. She introduced me to non violent communication and helped me with the things I was struggling with around communication and family life."

What's the difference between this and the self-paced course?

The course is the method. This is the method plus twelve weeks of company: a live call with me every week, a group of parents in the same season, and one session with the teenagers. If you know you'll work through a course on your own, buy the course. If you know you probably won't, come here.

What if I can't make a call?

Every call is recorded. Most people miss one or two — that's normal and it doesn't put you behind.

Does my teenager have to take part?

No. There's one session they're invited to, and it's genuinely optional. Everything else in the twelve weeks is something you do.

What time are the calls?

[CALL DAY AND TIME]

Is this therapy?

No. This is education and practical skill-building. If you're worried about your teenager's mental health or safety, or your own, please speak to a qualified professional. This sits alongside that kind of support — it doesn't replace it.

How big is the group?

No more than [GROUP SIZE]. A call where everyone gets heard has a limit, and I'd rather keep it small.

Do I have to talk on the calls?

Not at all. Some people speak every week, some listen for a month first. Both are completely fine.

What if my partner parents differently?

That comes up in almost every group, and Module 6 addresses it directly. You can change the dynamic on your own. It's harder, and it works.

Can I join after it's started?

No. A group people join in week five isn't a group any more. Doors close [CLOSING DATE].

I've already bought From Conflict to Connection. Do I pay twice?

No. What you paid for the course comes off the price of the programme.

Email me before you book and I'll send you a code. Please don't book first and ask afterwards — I can't apply it retrospectively.

This applies to the full course only. The Connection Reset and the VIP package aren't deducted, as they're separate.

There are years of dinners ahead. Car journeys, birthdays, Christmases, the long summer weeks.

Some families spend them carefully avoiding each other. Others spend them talking.

The difference is rarely one big conversation. It's what quietly changes in how we speak to each other — and that can start in any ordinary week.
